Principal
Michael Peltz, a licensed landscape architect in California and Arizona, has worked with public agencies and private development for more than 40 years developing creative, inviting, and memorable places that encourage people to come together to celebrate their community. He enjoys working with the public, helping them refine the vision for their projects, and bringing designs to life. Michael supports local theater and sports leagues through volunteering, financial assistance, mentoring and teaching. Michael is a respected and accomplished landscape architect who brings his experience from designing more than 100 parks and over 50 streetscapes to every new project he designs. He has served as the landscape architect on an as-needed basis for the County of San Diego for the past 11 years in addition to the cities of Del Mar, Carlsbad, Chula Vista, and San Diego as well as the Unified Port District, and Caltrans District 11.
Landscape Architect
Howard Pierce, a licensed landscape architect in California, grew up in San Diego before attending the Naval Academy, serving our country, and then studying landscape architecture at Cal Poly Pomona. Howard has incorporated his training combined with his knowledge of the local environment to become one of the region’s top project managers. He has been instrumental in the design and documentation of a multitude of schools, commercial development, streetscape, and park projects over the past 24 years. Howard’s involvement in each project starts at the kick-off meeting and does not end until the project is constructed and turned over to the client.
Irrigation Designer
Dave Novosedliak, a certified landscape irrigation auditor, has more than 24 years of experience with the design and layout of irrigation systems. His experience with product selection and spray head layout is unparalleled. Dave is extremely thorough in his research when it comes to specifying the appropriate amount of water for a certain climate, plant type, and location to get optimum results. Dave has worked on a large number of projects located in Southern California, including LEED certified projects. Dave’s designs are consistently focused on water efficiency and minimizing water overspray resulting in successful designs every time.
